I got the normal promotion and the level 100 but I can't use the VIP brain. Why ?

This is stupid !!!
We need one/two monster to get level 100 :S
I see people have VIP UH and VIP SD.
How they obtains this items ?

i dunno how to get them but i think they trade it with lolaye for dnation item i think i rly dunno

VIP SD do you loot from the creature flamingo.
VIP UH have any gm been giving to people's because that quest is IMPOSSIBLE to do.
I'm the only one that I know having vip uh on inmate and if you tell me the characters name that has vip UH do then write to me in the game and I'll talk with them and propably take that uh and delete it.
